Girl Power

It’s a night for soul and sisters at The White Room.

Your girls’-nights-in have been fun, but it’s time for you and your collective of fierce females to take a night out. And this time you won’t need to rustle up dollars for Vince Black and Sage at Goldfellas. Tonight support another group of women by showing up at the SWAN Spoken Soul Showcase. Starting at 6, chic downtown spot The White Room will be home to an event celebrating South Florida’s multicultural and multitalented female artists.

The walls will be lined with awesome art and photography; poets like Amy Baez, Deborah Magdalena Flo, and Marisol Esperanza will rip up the stage; and models wearing baubles from Lily Rose Creation will weave their way throughout the room full of soul-lovers. And if a dose of something that will make you gals feel good isn’t enough motivation, the first 150 guests get a gift bag full of goodies from Southern Wine & Spirits and Pravda Vodka.
